Job Description: Answer calls professionally to provide information about the order and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of feedback. Receive orders and allocate them to designers. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests. Solve customer queries. Co-ordinate with team members to get work done on time.
