The Product Assurance, Risk & Security (PARS) organization exists to keep our customers and partners safe, protect associates, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Compliance Operations (C-Ops) is the operational arm of the organization. The team partners with worldwide program teams to classify products and ensure Amazons product listings follow regulatory and legal compliance guidelines. C-Ops supports regulatory compliance requirements for Amazons worldwide programs such as Restricted Products, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade Services, Product Assurance, Food Safety and Product Safety. C-Ops has offices across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, and Costa Rica and supports compliance related needs for worldwide Amazon marketplaces.
Roles and Responsibilities

We are searching for an Instructional Designer with experience in content development using various instructional design theories and models. This position will be responsible for incorporating key principles of adult learning to effectively design and implement learning solutions aligning with the organizational vision and core values. This position requires a Dive Deep leader who will be responsible for managing end-to-end content development projects including courseware and curriculum for WW Training Org.

Work with SMEs and POCs to analyze content needs for various programs and tasks in the Compliance Operations team
Design various learning solutions, including creation of detailed design documents
Develop various learning interventions including ILTs, CBTs, VILTs, e-Learning, Videos etc.
Create assessments in line with learning goals that provides learners opportunities to demonstrate their mastery of the learning goals
Implement learning solutions across teams in various geographies
Deliver Train the Trainer sessions
Constantly evaluate all programs and design and revamp both new and established learning model
Maintain learning programs using a project management approach across cross-functional teams, including: needs assessment, solution development and delivery, tracking and evaluating training effectiveness as well as continuous improvement.
Develop onboarding and refresher training framework for all compliance processes
Consult with subject matter experts (SME) to ensure training information is current and accurate.
Cultivate strong working relationships across multiple teams / stakeholders.
Conduct regular training need analysis exercise and engage with stakeholders to identify training opportunities
Continuously improve training programs to maximize the training effectiveness
Manage and maintain - all delivery media and eLearning application, software, for scale and ease
Manage training content/updates residing on SharePoint, LMS and shared drives



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduate in any field

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer in a large organization

* Exposure to ID models like ADDIE, Agile ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation, Andragogy Theories etc

* Exposure to various e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia etc.

* Experience in LMS Management and Administration including maintenance of SCORM compliant courses

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in a learning field.

ID Certification from any reputed institution

Certification in any e-learning authoring tools

Ability to administer collaboration software like MS SharePoint
