Job Summary

Responsibilities :
Foster and maintain client relationships through regular interactions.
Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on
enhancing net retention rates and deriving more business from current clients.
Formulate and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and ensure client
retention.
Periodically review account performance to optimize growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for account growth and retention.
Channel client feedback into product development and improvements.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years in account management, preferably in the SaaS or tech sector.
Proven success in growing client accounts and achieving revenue growth through
upselling and retention strategies.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
