Role
The Associate System Engineer will configure and install Desktops and Laptops according to the requirement with instructions provided.
What is expected out of you?
Accountable in Installation of Desktops and Laptops.
Install, configure and maintain Operating Systems, Application Software, Anti-Viruses & Hardware.
Participate in Trouble shooting of OS, Software, Hardware and Network related issues.
Hardware Maintenance, Outlook Configurations and Administration, Backup and Recovery of official confidential data s.
Install Oracle database and related software s.
Commissioning equipment s / computer hardware devices and software.
Monitor performance and ensuring the system are available and reliable.
Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
What should you possess?
Education qualification: Prefer B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA/M.Sc Computers or any Graduate.
Possess 6 Months 2 years proven hands-on experience relevant to System Engineering.
Working Knowledge on Windows Operating System 7, 8, 10 & Windows Server Operating System 2008, 2012, 2016.
Knowledge on VmWare, Software Installation, Trouble shooting Skills.
Preferred to have Microsoft Certification.
Good background knowledge and ability to understand IT operations and systems on a range of hardware and software platforms.
Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
Should be proactive, highly confident and self-driven
Possess strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Self-starting with follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to work under supervision and execute the instructions accordingly.
Adaptable and have positive attitude toward change.
Flexible to work in shifts basis the need.
