Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven individual for joining our Client Engagement Team. As part of this role
2. Take complete responsibility for solving clients queries and handling escalations.
3. Ensure periodic reporting of execution progress and additional valuable insights with clients.
4. Take responsibility for ensuring that final reports required as part of the project are created and shared with the client on time.
5. Align clients requirements and expectations with Ops capabilities, define internal KPIs and constantly follow MIS & closely monitor the progress towards targets.
2. Experience of working in a startup is preferred.
3. Must be aggressive towards ensuring customer satisfaction at any cost and also driving increased revenue month on month.
4. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Hindi).
5. Must have excellent relationship management skills.
6. Critical business thinking is essential.
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Take complete responsibility for building and driving engagement with assigned clients/Key Accounts while ensuring retention and client satisfaction2. Take complete responsibility for solving clients queries and handling escalations.
3. Ensure periodic reporting of execution progress and additional valuable insights with clients.
4. Take responsibility for ensuring that final reports required as part of the project are created and shared with the client on time.
5. Align clients requirements and expectations with Ops capabilities, define internal KPIs and constantly follow MIS & closely monitor the progress towards targets.
Required Skills And Experience
1. Overall experience 2 to 4 years. Experience in account management/Sales would be preferred.2. Experience of working in a startup is preferred.
3. Must be aggressive towards ensuring customer satisfaction at any cost and also driving increased revenue month on month.
4. Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Both English and Hindi).
5. Must have excellent relationship management skills.
6. Critical business thinking is essential.
