Job Summary
Job Description: Publish standard reports (e.g. OTP reports) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Co-operate closely with business teams and help them with high level data analysis. Analyze existing processes and protocols and aid in improving the IT process. Monitor key system performance metrics daily and highlight deviations. Suggest improvement areas to improve performance and reliability of systems and applications. Understand the root cause of problems, trouble shoot and document the same.
