Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients for .NET and PowerApps development services, focusing on industries requiring tailored IT solutions and expanding internationally.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in opportunities and conversions both locally and internationally.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives to propose customized .NET and PowerApps solutions, including for international markets.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the .NET and PowerApps space, with a focus on international developments.
  • Proposal & Presentation Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our capabilities and unique value propositions for both domestic and international clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships, with an emphasis on maintaining international clients.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with project managers and developers to align client needs with technical deliverables and timelines, considering international requirements.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the company s revenue objectives, including international sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in selling .NET and/or PowerApps solutions with international sales exposure.
  • Solid understanding of .NET development frameworks and PowerApps platforms, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients globally.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in preparing detailed business proposals and handling contract negotiations with international clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve targets in international markets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
