Job Summary

CEPTES seeks a talented marketing manager to drive go-to-market strategy, execution, and messaging for its Salesforce Services Offerings and AppExchange products. It is ideal for someone who is passionate about enterprise B2B services and product marketing and operates with a detailed and entrepreneurial mindset in a very fast-paced team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop services and products messaging, prioritize target audience, target personas, develop use cases, appropriate solution messaging and demand generation requirements

  • Execute campaigns in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Execute all budget responsibilities: PPC, PR, Brand Stories, Event Sponsorships and AMP. Ability to map budget spend against performance and deliver pipeline to spend ratios for all campaigns. Proactively monitor and manage campaigns on behalf of the team to endure 100% budget alignment.

  • Build product launch plans and pricing strategies

  • Communicate with target decision makers with features, capabilities and benefits through presentations, architecture diagrams, graphics/illustrations, videos, solution guides, collateral, blog posts, and more.

  • Provide marketing tools and enablement

  • Develop target personas, sales plays, and appropriate solution messaging.

Skills:

  • Keen ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot

  • Track record of handling multiple projects and prioritizing in a fast-pace environment

  • Advanced analytical skills. Comfort pulling and analyzing complex data to drive decisions

  • Ability to explain and present analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Experience with digital marketing or web analytics preferred (ex. Google Analytics, AppExchange Analytics, Campaign Manager, Salesforce Pardot, Einstein Analytics etc.)

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the partners, write clear emails, and build reports and dashboards

  • Salesforce CRM experience is preferred

Requirements:

  • 6+ years IT/Software/ SaaS product marketing experience in a high tech company

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce apps

  • Experience with marketing automation solutions such as Pardot.

  • Stellar presentation, writing, and communication skills

  • Graduate. MBA a plus
