ROLE/SKILLS:

Key Skills

• Should be proficient in using a CRM (Sugar/Zoho/Sales Force Specific experience is a plus)
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office specifically MS Excel.
• Communicate with the US team of Cibirix on a daily basis through phone and email.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the skills and responsibilities listed above
• Experience in a job that thrived on customer service and the the customer experience.
• A born to do it personality
• Must be business savvy and relationship driven.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Should be able to speak and write in American English than most others.
