Job Summary

What you will be doing Building a healthy sales funnel - generating leads via cold calling, emailing & other lead generation activities. Participating & creating different marketing activities to support lead generation including social media and content marketing. Ensuring all leads are qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and by understanding their pain points/challenges. Working closely with a feet-on-street team with the objective of converting leads to customers. Maintaining and updating the lead generation system (NetSuite). Achieving weekly/monthly targets as agreed with the business. What you should have A Master's or Diploma in Sales, Marketing & IT, or a related degree. Work experience in an international role would be preferred. Having experience in the African region would be an advantage. Work experience in software services OR consulting & implementation services industry would be advantageous. Comfortable working in a technical environment. Effective oral and written communication skills. Creative problem-solving skills. Aptitude to research and utilize available resources for problem-solving. Comfortable using marketing automation platforms (CRM, social media, Built With, SEO tool, etc.). Serious ownership & self-learning initiatives.
