Project Lead - Java Job in Credentek Software & Consultancy

Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage software development projects for the banking domain using Java programming language Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality software products Develop project plans, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones Manage project resources, including project team members, timelines, and budgets Conduct regular project meetings to ensure project requirements are being met Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and management Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software development Assist in the development of technical documentation Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech) or Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience in Java software development At least 5 years of experience managing software development projects in the banking domain Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts Experience with popular Java frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate) and libraries Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices Experience with Agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
