Job Summary

Job Description
You will be responsible for converting inbound calls into sales from customers who are interested in DirecTV and AT&T services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Encourage customers (inbound calls) to buy services and products, referencing important parts of what the company offers.
  • Building a relationship with customers and answering any questions they have.
  • Upsell customers on products and services so that they get a discounted rate on bundled packages.
  • Stay up to date on the current incentives and packages that our company is offering to customers.
  • Advise prospective and current customers by answering questions and addressing concerns about purchased products.
  • Update database with new information every time a customer calls, and back up data regularly to protect sensitive customer information.
  • Complete forms and record logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from the company.
  • Follow PCI standards and organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service while maintaining privacy.
  • Boost morale in the office by encouraging other sales representatives and adopting a team mentality on the sales floor.
  • Report any necessary changes to equipment or processes that will boost productivity and efficiency and cut back on wasted costs

Job Qualifications
Required:

  • Completion of at least 10 + 2
  • Prior telephone sales experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Punctual and respectful
  • Able to work effectively during US work shift (IST nights)

Preferred:

  • Experience in dealing with customers from USA
  • Knowledgeable in AT&T and DirecTV services

Salary : Rs 25,000 to 35,000 per month + incentives
