Legal Associate Job in Exotel Techcom Pvt. Ltd

Requirement for a middle / senior level individual who will lead the legal compliance along with drafting and negotiating various agreements for the Company. This person will work very closely with multiple internal teams in ensuring the legal compliance with Companies Act, FEMA/ RBI, labour related laws etc. This person will be responsible for the overall supervision and monitoring of legal compliance within the company by different functions and will be playing a coordination role to internal teams on legal aspects.

What you will do?

• Manage all work related legal coordination across organization.
• Briefly review all agreements & NDA s related to client, vendor, admin / HR and get them finalised through law firm.
• Consolidate all legal compliances under one place through appropriate trackers providing sufficient information to management about its correctness and completeness.
• Publish trackers to all internal stakeholders and follow up renewals, updations from clients or vendors.
• Help negotiate and draft NDA's and miscellaneous agreement (under guidance of law firm).
• Lead all legal claims of customer dues.
• Support in company programs like leasing or financing with financial institutions.
• Assist / Coordinate all regulatory filings timely and accurately.
• Support all litigations undertaken by the company.
• Advising management and internal teams on key changes on applicable laws and amendments from time to time.
• Monitoring notices received from statutory authorities and other parties and ensuring appropriate action.

What we look for?

• A lawyer / finance professional who has worked in a legal wing of a large organisation.
• Possess 5-8 years of experience, preferably in corporate legal of large organisation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Qualification: An LLB from tier college or CS, CA-Inter / MBA from a reputed institution.
