Job Summary
- As a Sr.legal associate, you should be an individual who has completed extensive case-related research to handle related laws and regulations and negotiate on our company s behalf.
- Interpret and draft firm contracts along with legal documents.
- As our legal manager, you would oversee all the related compliance to all these documents meant for Clients/Vendors.
- You will maintain and develop all the necessary policies/documents meant to handle internal and external purposes.
- Planning and presenting arguments and counter-arguments in a court of law would be your task.
- Create and safeguard a good rapport with your company s clients/vendors while the legal process continues.
- As our Sr.legal associate, you should take care of all the stakeholders, from their senior colleagues to their clients or vendors.
- You should submit the case progress details through reports. Verbal communication of the same is a must.
