Team Leader - Sales Team

Position Description Summary
Location: Head Office
Department: Fiber Connect Broadband

Position Overview

Accountability:

Responsible to achieving sales target for Fiber Connect Broadband Sales by coordinating with respective Sales Team. Major Deliverables:
1. Need to maintain basic hygiene and required Sales Tool kits every day.
2. Responsible for attending and following all the prospects received on daily basis through SMS and allotting the same within the time as per the requirement of the customer.
3. Need to update the prospect status on daily basis to the Sales coordinator.
4. Need to check the feasibility (Primary and Back up) of the prospect before visiting the customer.
5. Need to visit customers as per prospect TAT
6. Share the DSR with the HOD with all details of prospect & cold calls on daily basis.
7. Need to Review the DSR of the team members regularly for increasing sales.
8. Responsible for getting entire CAF filled in by customer, with necessary documents and submit the same to respective coordinator.
9. Work closely with the Home Sales BSI & Executive to build Broadband business.
10. Responsible for achieving Branch Sales & ARPU as per targets
11. Responsible for maintaining 100% adherence to the regulatory compliances.
12. Responsible for educating the customers on Sales and regulatory process at time of sale.
13. Responsible for spending time with the team member and educating them on processes and Company Policies.
14. Responsible for Training entire Branch Sales team on EB sales process and policies.
15. Responsible for updating the customer about the time delay or the commissioning status.
16. Responsible for getting cheque bounce payment related to Sales.
17. 100% adhere to company processes and policies
18. Need to maintain rapport with existing customers to generate references.
19. Need to maintain details of market and competitors.
20. Need to have clear geographical and potential details of the allotted area.
21. Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding Dept vision, Processes and policies.
Supervises: Broadband Business Sales Executives
Reports to: Manager Retail Sales
Person Overview / Qualification & Experience Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with
Overall Experience: 4+ years Age: 25+ years
Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics):
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as Sales Team Leader / Business Development office in Telecom/ISP/FMCG industry
Should have on experience in Broadband / Telecom.
Should need a minimum team members of 5 -10 people while joining.
Should have good communication , convincing and presentation skills
Should have handled a sales team of at least 8-10 people
Aptitude (Personal traits / Preferences): Awareness of market trends and contemporary products in the ISP sector
Functional Competencies: Excellent communication skills, Product Awareness Aware of market segment and customer base
Behavioral Competencies: Customer Focus (Leads and Improve business), Drive for results (Creates high performance work system), Interpersonal effectiveness (engages and influences others), withstands pressure (Handles demands of innovation and change)
