Job Summary

Proven experience in a leadership role within the international financial services industry.
Strong understanding of international businesses, with a focus on Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), family offices and HNIs.
Previous experience working with international exchange (INX / NSE IFSC) or stock brokers preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Must be good at technology to drive things digitally.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to financial services.
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
