Job Summary

Position Summary

  • Act as a subject matter expert in the area of Compensation Benefits & Rewards
  • Conduct cost benefit analysis of the existing components and propose the necessary changes as necessary to the existing comp/benefits structure
  • Participate & interpret various market compensation & benefits surveys, come out with competitive & employee-friendly C&B practices & policies.
  • Ensure that the C&B structure and policies are in alignment with the companys goals and the industrys competitive practices
  • Own and drive Rewards process during the Performance Management cycle
  • Work with HRBPs & people managers to help develop promotion reward & recognition strategies for existing employees
  • Design and develop recruitment strategy and processes to support the overall business strategy with a prior background in Fintech, Ecommerce, Product Management companies
  • Develop key recruitment metrics and work to reduce the overall TAT
  • Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the organizational needs and optimize hiring cost
  • Should have good expertise in Strategic planning with regards to the leadership hiring
  • Owns total HR operations management, compliance and payroll support for India multiple sites
  • Spearhead digitization, automation and process improvement initiatives across all processes
  • Support in planning and implementation of various modules of the HRMS; Lead implementation of global HRIS projects in India
  • Take lead in all Internal & External audits and collaborate with different stakeholders in identifying process risks and implementation of mitigation strategies
  • Create, mentor and lead an effective team ensuring operational efficiencies

Functional Skills and Experience

  • Should possess post graduate qualification in Human Resources
  • Should have 10 to 15 years- experience, working in multinational organizations
  • Should have proven experience in handling compensation & benefits for India employees; (Should have exposure in handling payroll for 400 500 employees manpower) experience in handling comp & ben for multiple markets will be an added advantage
  • Should have experience in implementing large scale HR IT systems
  • Ensuring all data integrity
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in handling teams
