What You Will Be Doing

• Produce clear, compelling, and engaging copy that aligns with key UX principles keeping customers at the heart of everything you do.

• Clearly communicate complex information with language that is simple, authentic, friendly, and human.

• Use data, research, and insights from the team to drive content initiatives.

• Manage multiple demands and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.

• Create end-to-end content in-line Hubilo as a brand, style and tone across all the assets.

• Evangelize UX writing within the organization and working your way through with the research and design team to create state of the art user experiences.

• Work collaboratively with product owners, CX Designers, UX Researchers, data analysts and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for content development.

You should apply if you

• Are a team player and have prior experience working in an agile environment.

• Have one to three years of industry experience in content and UX copywriting

• Are familiar with remote working tools like Miro and G Suite

• A great bonus would be if you have an intermediate level knowledge of using design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop) to product mock-ups and wireframes

• Are highly organized and efficient when working across multiple projects to meet deadlines.

• Have a portfolio/research case studies that demonstrate UX/copywriting capabilities, documentation and visual design skills.

• Are fluent in translating requirements and research outcomes into deployable copy to help the product achieve UX excellence and better business.
