You'll be responsible for: - Setting the tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints - Using writing and editing skills to write user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience - Playing an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design - Working with a variety of UX design-related roles including researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer operations to help establish connective language and a unified voice for the user - Understanding key product strategy metrics and tying them into the content strategy - Understanding data and leveraging it to create short and long term content strategy - Expertise beyond writing for solving user problems by figuring out all the variables involved, and describing them with brevity and clear actions ### Some must haves: - 2+ years of experience in writing with UX components - whether that be in product or web experiences - Experience in content creation and shaping content strategies strategies for multi-disciplinary projects. - Ability to think analytically about customer journeys and content flows - A passion for the challenge of writing within space constraints - Proficiency in collaboration with multiple cross functional stakeholders and delegation of duties - Excited to work in a fast-paced environment - Enthusiastic about early stage start-ups The team is small, which means your impact on the company s success will be huge.
