Role Summary We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing strategies based on insights from real people, and has the proficiency in their craft to turn these insights into appealingly designed products. The person we are looking for needs to be comfortable writing clear and concise content across multiple channels and touchpoints - including product names, labels, navigational elements, interface language, accessibility content, detailed UX guidelines around visual style, component behaviors, and editorial advice. Key Responsibilities A web-based portfolio of relevant work samples with a UX focus including problems you helped solve for, your contribution, and its impact. Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments and operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in user-focused digital product writing. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years experience working on large, complex content strategies for UX. Working knowledge of the language style guides, information architecture, nomenclature, and general UX principles. Proven ability to present ideas and solutions to all levels within an organization, both verbally and in writing.
