Responsibilities Set the tone for product (app) content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints. Use writing and editing skills to write user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience on the app. Play an integral part in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design. Work with a variety of UX design-related teams including researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing, and customer operations to help establish connective language and a unified voice for the user. Requirements 3+ years of experience in writing with UX components - whether that be in product or web experiences. Understand key product strategy metrics and tie them into the content strategy. Understand data and leverage it to create short and long term content strategy. Possess expertise beyond writing for solving user problems by figuring out all the variables involved, and describing them with brevity and clear actions.
