Job Summary
Skills Required :
Qualification : Graduate/Post-Graduate in Any Discipline (Preferred MBA-Marketing)
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Pitching products and/or services.
- To generate leads along with assigned team & Identify decision makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
- To manage time and work flow and create effective client meeting plans.
- To penetrate all targeted key accounts and originate up selling opportunities for the companys products and services.
- Ensure High Class Service delivery to identified key clients.
- Lead generation, relationship building and consistently closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis in order to meet or exceed targets are important job responsibilities.
- Generate new business by driving sales in their existing clients as well as from new clients. Would be required to perform specific duties such as cold-calling, client relation/servicing, proposal making, prospecting and follow ups and co-ordination with clients as well as Prospects etc.
- Candidate needs to handle various challenges with an ability to solve them and thus possess ability to think outside of the box within a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
- Candidate should have a Strong Expertise in identifying potential market segments, and ability to generate strong leads and capability to qualify the generated lead.
- Target achievement capability.
- Ready to travel in India.
- Shows sincerity in his/her work and good team player.
- Knowledge and application of sales & servicing techniques such as: Seek Opportunity, Rapport building, is selling on emotion, ownership, building value in the product, and up selling
- Cold calling exp. is mandatory
- Good command of English Language
- Has worked in a B2B campaign.
- Self-Motivated.
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)
- Ability to Communicate clearly and effectively
