Job Summary
Department and Vacancies:
Quality Department: We have openings for 4 candidates who will be a vital part of our quality assurance team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and performance.
Production Department: We are looking for 6 candidates to join our production team, contributing to the manufacturing process of our specialized compounds for the wire and cable industry.
Freshers: We welcome recent graduates from CIPET who are enthusiastic and eager to start their career in the wire and cable industry.
Experienced Candidates: We also encourage applications from candidates with 1 -5 Years experience and a qualification in DEE (Diploma in Electrical Engineering) or BE (Bachelor of Engineering) in Electrical Engineering.
Notice Period: We are looking for candidates who can join us either immediately or within a maximum notice period of 30 days.

Job Description
- Assist in quality control and assurance processes (for Quality Department).
- Contribute to the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and product quality (for Production Department).
- Learn and apply industry-specific knowledge related to wire and cable compounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and quality goals.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
