Job Summary
What you will do...
- Filling positions with an organization
- Developing own network of suitable candidates
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Scheduling Interviews
- Communication with the candidates and scheduling their interviews
- Selecting the candidates from the Interview based on ratings during the hiring process
- Source potential candidates from various online networks
- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open position
- Update Candidate DB for the organization
- Processing the delivery of various perks to the employee/interns via official mail
