Job Summary

Job Description: You will be responsible for 3 major fronts of enterprise engagements: Solution Design, Project Management & Engagement Growth. Solution Design: Understand client s business, use case and devise solutions using the existing product portfolio Identify new, challenging problem statements for the client which can be solved using core Locus IP Identify new markets with critical problems where Locus can help unlock value Project Management: Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively Ensure efficient delivery of the solution Effectively managing all the stakeholders from various teams and different verticals Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met Address customer issues with speed and efficiency Prepare reports on project performance Engagement Growth: Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact Work with sales teams to generate new business Requirements: Problem-solving /Analytical aptitude Prior exp of handling pre sales engagement, extensive client interactions.
