Job Title :Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager Vendor Upgradation

Job Role :Upgradation of Weld Jig & Equipment

Educational Qualification :

Graduate in Mechanical / Production Engineering/Diploma or post Diploma in Mechanical/Production

Work Experience (Years) :04 - 07 years

Job Responsibilities :

1.Weak area identification at vendor end in welding system (Specifically in Spot/MIG welding robotic stations) and upgrading their existing setups for producing defect free components

2.Improvement activities in weld shop at vendor end for upgrading their existing process

3.Upgradation of maintenance systems of weld equipments (IT guns, SSW,Spot & MIG Robotic stations) at vendor end

4.Implementation of benchmark practices in weld shop

5.Providing training to vendor personnel in weld equipment operations/maintenance

Competencies / Skills :

Technical:

1.Knowledge about Spot/MIG robotic welding processes

2.Knowledge of operations/maintenace of weld equipments (IT guns, SSW,Spot & MIG Robotic stations)

3.Robotic Spot/MIG welding troubleshooting skills

4.Knowhow of PLC

5.Knowhow of weld jigs operations/maintenace systems

Behavioral:
