Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience in creating test estimation, test strategy, test cases, test data input creation.
- Reviewing and assessing Requirements and Design documents to determine testing scope
- Tracking and Managing defects through resolution using an internally used Agile tool
- Experience of Performance testing manually as well as utilizing automated testing tools
- A level of team-leading and mentoring of other team members will be required.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Experience in automation should be a PLUS
Position Requirements:
- Should have 2+ years of work experience inSalesforce.com Projects or part of at least 1 end to endSalesforce.com Testing project.
- Experience in testing salesforce CRM with knowledge on Sales/ Service/ Marketing cloud testing
- Good understanding of overall architecture of Salesforce CRM and end to end testing
- Good understanding on Selenium in test automation will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders independently
- Working in Agile Environment
- Identify and translate User stories into scenarios for test-case creation, execution, documentation etc
- Aware of defect management
Work Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of IT experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s in IT/Computer Science Eng.
- Professional SFDC Certifications -Optional
