About the role-
Milaap is hiring a UX designer who can write compelling content to help shape product experiences. You will be a part of the Product team and will work with the designer and the technology team to solve problems and build customer focused solutions.

Responsibilities-
  • Write clear, concise copy for all web product experiences end to end- internal user facing and external user facing flows.
  • Simplify the existing customer experience through thoughtful and enjoyable microcopy
  • Work with the Product team, designers, and engineers at all stages of the product development process.
  • Create and maintain guidelines and style guides that focus on the tone of voice for the platform
  • Ensure copy resonates with our audiences, reinforces our credibility, and reaches those targeted to achieve desired results
  • Apply audience insights, user research, and brand strategies to develop content
  • Understand key product strategy metrics and tie them into your content strategy

Requirements-
  • 2+ year experience in UX writing in a consumer facing / B2B product
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • An understanding of product design and how that relates to business strategy for a company
  • The ability to create copy in a variety of different formats, from microcopy to long-form
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Creativity- some flows will be simple UX writing and some flows will require you to be a storyteller for the users
