Work Timings: 11:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST

Functional Area: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • End to End Technical Recruitment
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Explain roles and responsibilities to potential candidates
  • Perform reference checks as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Good understanding of IT domain
  • Minimum 3+ Years' experience required in IT Recruitment
  • Experience of working on job portals -Naukri / Indeed
  • Experience withApplicant Tracking System is a big plus
  • Experience in sourcing from social media platforms, LinkedIn
  • Exposure to Complete Recruitment life cycle Expertise in Job assessment, Sourcing, Screening of resume, Initial screening Interview and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Suite
