Job Discription: We are looking for several candidates (Only Experienced in the UK and EU IT Recruitment: 1 year & Above) who want to make a fast and rewarding career in the dynamic international technical recruitment industry. We are looking for individuals who would fit in with the existing team and show a strong aptitude for overseas UK and Europe recruitment in terms of sourcing, negotiations, candidate management and onboarding, and client management skills. Location: Pune, India Mode: Work From Office Education: Any IT Degree Experience Required: 1 to 4 years Salary Range: INR 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs Responsibilities and Duties- Ability to understand client's technical requirements in detail and develop an appropriate sourcing and search criteria Ability to source candidates in record time meeting/exceeding client deadlines Ability to have candidate sourcing and fulfillment, negotiations, candidate and situations management, etc. Having exposure to Business Development and Client Delivery will be added benefits Has excellent oral and written communication skills and is capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent professional Etiquette over Phone, Email, and Social media Excellent Computer and internet skills. Well-versed with all the latest Office & recruitment tools and applications.
