Job Summary Job Title : Executive Assistant Role/Position : EA to CEO (Manager)Division/Function : Deputy CEO Office Reporting to : Dy. CEOPurpose of the Job Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Dy CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization's office operations.Duties/Responsibilities/Activities 1. Facilitate Dy. CEO in informed decision making and follow through projects assigned by Dy. CEO.2. Regular follow up with all stakeholders related to Project Coordinators, Functional Heads, compliance related matters, cash flow management etc.3. Arranging and monitoring functional reviews with respective HODs.4. Preparation of all presentations w.r.t. Board Meetings, MRM, BRC, QRM, etc.5. Responsible for Business Analysis and provide Quality Recommendations for meeting profitability in ongoing projects etc.6. Should have worked as EA to a Business Head, preferably in road sector or RE/Airport/Railway/Metro sector 7. Comprehensive understanding of various modes of businesses such as EPC and Concessions8. Good Understanding of Concession Agreements9. Exceptional EXCEL, Power Point and BI skills (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense)10. Good understanding of Data Analytics11. Good understanding of latest technology trends such as AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT etc.Avid reader of latest business and technology developmentsQualification & Experience: Educational Qualifications B.Tech Civil, Preferred Top Institution IIMs Years of experience 8+ Yrs. of experienceFunctional Competencies1.
