What The Role Involves Establish and develop guidelines for content working closely with multiple stakeholders in the organisation Create clear, concise and consistent content for user and business facing applications Simplify and streamline product messaging for users, peers and partners Create long term content strategy for the applications Work closely with the design, product and engineering team to communicate the product and feature vision/functionality Tie the product strategy metrics with the content strategy Involve in product development life cycle from ideation to implementation Responsible for the content in the Apps and Web applications [From UI/UX content to the content in product pages] Craft compelling user stories and data-driven case studies Analyze competitors and market trends to find unique opportunities Explore new initiatives with our partners to create co-branded content What We Expect Bachelor s degree in Communications, Business or Marketing Proven experience of 2-3 years in product, SaaS or B2B marketing, Overall work-ex not more than 4-5 years Experience in writing content from the UX perspective for apps or web applications An understanding of product design and its relationship with the product strategy Experience of understanding the data based on application usage and feedback Impeccable writing and storytelling skills, with a strong command over the language and consistent voice and tone that exudes authority An ideal candidate would be a word nerd with strong command on linguistics, editing, writing or a similar field A strong eye for detail and excellent verbal/presentation skills
