About the Role:

Salesmate CRM, a Rapidops SaaS product, is one of the most advanced and award-winning sales engagement platforms that enable businesses to organize their sales processes, automate customer engagement, and grow their revenue using cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, distributed computing, machine learning, and data analytics. Salesmate is being used by 4500+ businesses, and it is growing rapidly into an industry-leading AI-powered sales enablement platform.

We are looking for someone who is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and content writers in the team. Your main duties include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and lead the content team with planning and creation of topics that can increase brand awareness and bring more valued traffic to the website to improve conversion and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing automation, multichannel marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns for new user acquisition.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live and/or virtual events, webinars, lead nurturing programs and CRM/sales insights.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.).
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase the companys brand awareness and conversions.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page optimization, using schema markups, etc.) to drive more traffic and conversions.
  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
  • Prepare online newsletters and drip email sequences and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing, and suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns for a B2B SaaS product.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Advertising.
  • Have a proven track record leading teams in building and executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive new customer acquisition.
  • In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across Google, Facebook, Youtube & Affiliate marketing to acquire new users.
  • Good understanding of executing and managing SEO and content marketing campaigns Multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, target audiences, and how it can be used to drive acquisition and revenue.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and solve problems collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience producing engaging content for blogs, ads, and landing pages.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions using stats and market trends.
  • Structured problem-solving skills. Attitude to experiment and learn from failures with data.
