Job Summary
Position OverviewThe role of a Business Development Executive is to be the front line to the Field Sales team by actively prospecting via cold calls and emails to build a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on defined target segments. The Business Development Executive will work with a defined process to nurture accounts through various stages and warm them up in the sales cycle.Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture leads and opportunities to ensure Replicon is the partner of choice when customers are ready to buy or evaluating
- Identify new opportunities for the sales team through targeted outbound cold calling
- Engage and nurture prospects to build curiosity in Replicons products, elicit interest to evaluate them and harness the buying intent of decision makers and influencers
- Present the value proposition clearly and succinctly
- Build custom elevator pitches to arouse interest among prospects
- Educate prospects on how our products and services can fulfill their current and future needs
- Identify and map pain points to our products and services
- Track and report key campaign metrics following set cadence and processes
- University Degree
- in North America, EMEA or APJ regions
- Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak with all the stakeholders involved. Must be able to engage prospects over the phone with a high degree of confidence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong research and account/market analysis skills
- Track record of maintaining high contact-to-opportunity conversion rates
- Excellent phone handling skills
- Numbers-driven with a strong CX bend
- Creative thinker & process driven
- Consultative selling experience for solutions and ROI
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and penetrate new and existing markets
- Winning mentality with strong work ethics
