  • Train new & existing Sales Reps on Replicons innovative system for selling software solutions and industry acumen
  • Ensure our sales map is maintained as well all the available tools for the team are available on the sales intranet
  • Provide on-going sales coaching by working one-on-one with sales reps on sales calls, finding ways to improve the sales reps business acumen and communication skills with C-level stakeholders to move deals forward.
  • Identify strategies to reduce time-to-productivity for new hires.
  • Maintain and update the online learning modules with sales enablement material when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain training curriculum and supporting materials
  • Ensure that all new employees are trained within the allotted time for training on their specific role. The goal of training is to have them fully prepared to work with Replicons customers and prospects by the time they are on the floor
  • Provide sales and support training on each new product release & updated workflow processes
  • Prepare agenda and conduct weekly education sessions to enhance existing team skills
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure that training and education agendas are meaningful and current
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Training/Coaching role, along with previous experience in a quota carrying Sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent Facilitation Skills, Performance Management, Motivating Others, Coaching & Feedback skills
  • Sales track record, consistently has met revenue targets and delivered value selling through company content
  • Expert/Advanced Microsoft Office skills from excel, word, powerpoint to the Google suite of docs, excel, slides.
  • Experience working with remote teams and/or delivering training remotely through webinars would be a nice to have.
This role requires the employee to be willing to work in the North American shift.
