Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Handling employee life cycle from onboarding of a new employee to exit formalities.
  • Responsible for on-boarding formalities, new hireorientation, induction, and introduction to policies
  • Responsible for offer management.
  • Preparation and releasing of the Offer letters. Appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, increment letters and appraisal letters.
  • Responsible for Leaveand Attendance Management.
  • Responsible for Compensation & Benefits management.
  • Well versed with HR policies and process
  • Running Employee engagement activities like R&R, Appraisals, floor activities, festival celebration, Birthday celebration, fun activities.
  • Maintenance of HRMS portal and employee documentation.
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant input data for new joiners and seasoned employees.
  • Manage Exitinterviews and Exitformalities including documentation & F&F.
  • Aware of background verification process.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of fundamental HR practices and policies.
  • Employee-first mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a standalone environment and possess an ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Should be a go-getter.
  • Good knowledge on Excel and Ppt.
