Experience Required: 6 7 Years

• Organize and lead digital marketing team
• Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy for the organization and for SA as well as its clients wherever applicable
• Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
• Set and administer an monthly marketing budget
• Develop and oversee the implementation of social media calendars, e mailers, events and newsletters
• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and Team lead
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors,
  adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Develop & Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
• Manage and refine the organization s and its clients digital footprints (SEO, Branding, Ads, Listings etc.)
• Manage and measure marketing campaign costs vs results
• Analyse the digital dashboards to gain consumer insights
• Conduct market research studies
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
• Manage and train the marketing team
• Stay up to date with the latest marketing technologies and best practices
• Research the competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions
