In this role, you are primarily responsible for continuously evaluating effectiveness of current governance rules (from both coverage & accuracy POV)
You will need to identify anomalies in daily governance metrics at city/regional level and identify new patterns of frauds/abuses. Quickly work on fixing major abuse in any city not covered under current governance rules
Monitor the governance and cx metrics at a daily, weekly, and monthly level
Do weekly RCA for any changes in SDC, MDI, PAU, Rejects & other frauds covered in governance and make plans to fix them
Pilot governance policy changes in few cities and scale up PAN India
Track reports made from various stakeholders (city, TNS, CC, etc) on any increasing DX behavioral issue & work on policies as well as immediate fixes for these issues and Minimize Fraud loss
