Qualification:-Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities :-
- Should be responsible to co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders
- Should have the capability to understand client requirements and clarify their queries
- Good Knowledge on HR Compliance, Labour Laws, S&E Act
- Basic knowledge and experience in managing PF, ESI, PT & LWF activities are mandatory
