Responsibilities End-to-end account management for business to talent needs for clients, from creative briefing and market understanding to campaign ideation, development and management Strong demonstrated capability to grow the account from a long-term relationship and revenue perspective Social media planning and strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn. Also look into conferences, industry relevant events, webinars, live sessions etc and assess metrics. Take the ownership of designing, building and maintaining the brand s digital and social presence. This includes collaborating with creative and digital teams to create content calendars, monitor posts, responses and competition activities. Broader understanding of clients requirements, the industry they are in and their competitors and work closely with the copy, creative and client s marketing team. Ensure all deliverables meet the desired requirements and deadlines Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to clients problems and influence the client to be able to upscale the account. Requirements A minimum of 4 years of work experience Graduate and/or Post Graduate degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business, preferred but not a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask
