Assistant Credit Manager Personal Loans Job in Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd

• Review and underwrite personal loans up to Rs 5 Lakh. Recommend loans above Rs. 5 Lakh to Credit Manager.
• Assess clients financial status through ratios like FOIR and ABB.
• Verify the bureau score and interpret the CIBIL report for repayment and risk assessment
• Review the documents provided by the customer - Payslip, bank statement, company ID, KYC documents, ITR etc
• Check for the company on-boarding status and initiate if on-boarding to be done.
• Ensure necessary verifications are triggered once the basic eligibility are met
• Review the remarks provided by FCU, tele-verification and CPV (residence and/or office)
• Follow up with verification team and agencies for reports
• Conduct the personal discussion with the customer over the phone - conduct the verification based on the documents, financials and requirement.
• Evaluate Credit worthiness of the customer, Risk associated and mitigates
• Decision on loan applications as per credit approval grid, deviation matrix and bureau matrix
• Escalate and obtain necessary deviation approvals as per the policy
• Responsible for portfolio quality of the loans underwritten for 12 months of booking

Ensures customer satisfaction by processing of loan applications within the TAT defined

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory norms with respect to KYC, documentation and sanctioning of loans.
• Ensure to participate and drive the successful implementation of product and technology based projects at field.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the product, performance in the geography and industry trends
• Work in close co-ordination with Sales, Product and IT team and provide query resolution to all stakeholders regarding the product
• Review policy on a regular basis and provide feedback on changes in the market trends to the policy team.
