Job Summary

Job Description Key Performance Area Implementation of HR Systems and Processes Recruitment and Selection Induction of mid and senior new joinees Implementation of Performance Management System Training and Development of employees Employee Data Management Statutory Compliance Support BU HR Head on all people related matters Training, Capability Building: To assist BU HR Head for preparation of the training budget for the BU as per the guidelines given by Corporate HR. Participate in the process of training needs identification for the Business Unit for all categories of employees To co-ordinate with Corporate L&D team and plant HR Teams for training calendar implementation in Plants that addresses training needs identified and the business imperatives shared by Business Head/ Plant Head in view of the business plan. To undertake other interventions like employee engagement surveys, skills training, etc. for enhancing BU / Plant effectiveness. Effectively participate in Organization Development programs and smooth implementation in the plants HR Systems and MIS: To ensure optimum usage of SAP and its functionalities in liaison with the SAP HR team at the Corporate, and review the SAP updating at the Plant level on a regular basis To ensure SAP usage capability in HR team by organizing training programs for the same To ensure periodic review of HR processes for improvement and establishing new processes as required. To Liaison with the Corporate HR for the same To develop and implement, and monitor various HR MIS and reports at the Plant and the BU level To provide weekly/ monthly/ annual reports, MIS and analysis to BU HR Head, Corporate HR on HR activities Performance Management: To ensure effective implementation of the Performance Management System, including facilitation of goal setting process to ensure alignment to company goals, providing feedback to employees, counseling, coaching, collation of forms and ratings, ratings review and analysis etc. To assist BU HR Head to review and monitor Bell Curve implementation at all plants. Ensure proper PMS feedback process and handle all the escalations with the help of BU HR Head. Employee Relations & Statutory Requirements: To co-ordinate with Corporate ER and BU HR Head to ensure positive industrial climate across plants To ensure that labor laws & regulations are complied with at all Plants. To maintain healthy relations with statutory bodies & government authorities and ensure speedyresolution of issue To ensure implementation of Employee Grievance Redressal mechanism at all Plants and monitor the same for its effectiveness To ensure compliance and smooth working of CMS & CLMS at all plants in respective BU.
