Job Summary
Job Role:
- Registering all received complaints on the same day and responding within 24 hrs with a feedback on the action to be taken
- Preparing PO and challan as per customers demand.
- Preparing invoice
- Payment collection against invoice or as per terms decided.
- Submitting outstanding reports with clear remarks and action plan to collect the payments
- Payment follow up.
- Preparing service report and weekly submission of the same.
- Preparing SIS AND CTF on immediate basis
