Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Experience in data, insights across FMCG Commerical or other relevant role.

SME in core Procurement systems, metrics and data structures and spend categories

Demonstrated performance in problem solving

Strong analytical/ financial / business acumen, including an understanding of organisational financial goals and value drivers relevant to Procurement, brands and markets

Track record of influencing stakeholders and driving cross-border teams.

Strong communication skills: verbal, written and presentation; strong interpersonal skills.

High level of experienced in data mining and analysis turning complex data into strategic insights; experience with dashboard technology design and deployment (eg powerbi, qlik).

Strong project and change management experience & capabilities

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of consistent performance and delivery, alongside experience within Procurement.

Experience or knowledge of working with different forms of digital and technology packages would be highly beneficial
