Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Contact leads and creating rapport by calling
- Collect information from the customer on their software required in order to offer them the proper solution which will help them to take correct product with complete knowledge
- Explain features, advantages and benefits of software categories (adequate training will be given)
- Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various software in a software category (adequate training will be given)
- Maintaining the customer data base
- Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Requirement :
- Should be able to operate computer efficiently
- Good communication skills
- English speaking Mandatory
