• Contact leads and creating rapport by calling
• Collect information from the customer on their software required in order to offer them the proper solution which will help them to take correct product with complete knowledge
• Explain features, advantages and benefits of software categories (adequate training will be given)
• Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various software in a software category (adequate training will be given)
• Maintaining the customer data base
• Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Requirement :

• Should be able to operate computer efficiently
• Good communication skills
• English speaking Mandatory
