Job Summary Duties And Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with operation teams to identify the workforce requirements which includes identifying selection criteria, skill set required & estimating the total no. of workforce required.
2. Develop and execute the strategy to source workforce/interns through various platforms.
3. Source candidates through cold calling using the given database
4. Evaluate candidates based on their eligibility, knowledge about the projects and availability for work.
5. Based on the evaluation, suggests Projects/internship to the workforce as per his/her eligibility.
6. Take initiatives to figure out innovative ways to source a very large number of workforce in a short period.
7. Build a supply of Ready to Work workforce/ interns in very large volumes who can excel in their respective projects/internship.

Required Skills And Experience

1. 0 1-year experience.
2. Any educational degree.
3. The desire of burning it out in a start-up environment.
4. Demonstrate strong people engagement skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
6. Proficiency in any other language would be a plus.
7. Showcase impeccable problem solving and critical thinking skills.
8. Entrepreneurial attitude to handle challenging tasks, deal with ambiguity and shoulder responsibility.
