We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation, particularly through LinkedIn, and a passion for IT service sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for our IT services, focusing on Web, Mobile, and Enterprise Software.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire lead generation process, from initial outreach to qualification.
  • Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology services and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Take initiative in planning, managing, and driving lead generation efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, especially via LinkedIn, in the IT services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A goal-driven, target-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Strong self-management, initiative, and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively present technology services for Web, Mobile, and enterprise software solutions.
  • A proactive approach to learning and improving sales strategies.
  • B.E / B.Tech degree or equivalent experience.
