Job Summary

What You Will Do?

The Job would require you to build and lead the GTM processes for new products/solutions.

  • Develop and execute Go to market strategies to achieve revenue targets through new products or solutions.
  • Research and understand use cases and work with multiple teams to streamline the initial sales playbook for the specific products/solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for the specific solutions.
  • Create required sales collaterals and develop a pitchbook for the new solutions.
  • Spot risks and come up with creative solutions to the risks in order to ensure a smooth Go to market.
  • Make processes of objection handling for the GTM products, train and assist the hunting and farming team on the objection handling.
  • Lead marketing and business development initiatives required to bring in leads for new products.
  • Create SoPs, train, and enable the Hunting and Farming teams to onboard new clients for new solutions to post the initial GTM success.
  • Collate and route customer feedback to the product team to build a better product.

What We Look For?

The following are the important eligibility requirements for this Job:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Revenue focused roles at a high-growth company, and experience in a B2B Software Product would be preferred.
  • MBA + B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or equivalent degree would be preferred.
  • Fluent in Verbal and Written English.
  • Must have a laptop or desktop to work.
  • Skills Required:Leadership, Marketing, Problem Solving, Strategy, Planning, Effective Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, G-Suite, MS-Office

Must-Have:

  • Proactive, Prompt, and Responsive.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Common sense and general aptitude.
