- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in generating business via portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Upwork, Peopleperhour, etc.
- Ability to be involved in Pre- Bids, Follow ups, Out beating Competitor bids.
- Must have knowledge about IT Services, Custom software, Mobility and latest IT trends.
- Must be able to propose technical solutions based on .NET, PHP, Mobile, Open Source Mobile technologies for websites, intranets, crms, ecommerce, business applications, etc.
- Excellent at closing projects and showcasing IT portfolio of projects.
- Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by re- searching and writing standard and customized proposals.
- Excellent and negotiating terms, building formal agreements, contracts and proposals.
- Effective skills in key account management / portfolio management and client retention.
