Job Summary
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 yrs working experience in Technical Support
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Document actions in tickets(Jira) to effectively communicate information internally and to customers.
  • Good in analytical skills, algorithms
  • Good expertise in scripting language (Shell / Javascript)
  • Expertise in SQL
  • Working knowledge in MongoDB
  • Reproducing and debugging customer reported problems in a AWS environment, as necessary
  • Working with engineering, QA teams to resolve issues and update customer
